Introduction/Summary (overall purpose and description of the utility management plan)

General Building Information (brief outline of the project, building use and timeline summary with cross reference to functional design brief and final design documentation).

Owner/Operator Staff Training and Handover (summary of training programs and documentation, identification of personnel to be trained and instructed and setting of key dates for the building occupants and those responsible for operating and maintaining the building).

Building Tuning (summary of program dates and tasks to be carried out during the Defects Liability Period including identification of responsibilities, output to Post Occupancy Evaluations (POE) and recording documentation).

Reference Documents (Documents appended to or referenced by the user in the management of the building)

Energy Management Plan (how energy will be used efficiently and maintained, audited and monitored, use of cost effective measures and strategies to improve energy usageto comply with the Australian Government’s energy policy “Energy Efficiency in Government Operations (EEGO)”).
