Publicity
We are always looking for photographs of funded activities that we can use on our website and for publicity. Photographs are also a good way to encourage potential new donors and show existing donors the great work of your group.
Please send electronic versions of photographs taken during your project to or submit them with your completed monitoring form on a memory stick.

Section 4 – Signed Declaration

I confirm that the details contained in this report are correct. I confirm that all Terms and Conditions have been complied with. I also confirm that any changes to the organisation or project have been notified to LLRCF. I confirm that we will keep our financial record and accounts, including receipts for items purchased with the grant, for at least 5 years from the date of the offer letter. We will also keep the evidence of the benefits achieved for the same period of time. We understand this does not release us from our statutory obligations. We are aware we may be asked to forward receipts for inspection by LLRCF or that we may be visited to inspect our records.
