If you are more than 15 MINUTES LATE, we cannot accept your pet. You will need to reschedule.

This requirement is so as we are able to spend AT LEAST one hour of undivided attention just for your pet.

We do not double book “Doggie Dens” or “Cleocatra Cottages” (please note: the doggie den or Cleocatra Cottage are your pets for the ENTIRE day EVERY day you book us – regardless of what time you decide to bring or collect your pet on the day. That means for example, the 7th is day one, the 8th day two, 9th day three, etc) Many people book far in advance and flight times etc. change. This covers you for flight delays and earlier drop offs etc.. Time changes are absolutely fine, please keep us updated with your plans.

We clean our kennels at 09:00 ready for new arrivals daily - You can collect your pet between 07:30 and 08:45 to avoid the collection day, boarding charge.

Collections after 08:45 the daily rate applies.

(1st dog is $36.50 per day (tiny dog rate $22.50 must weigh 7 lb or under) /$899 a month (30 days). Additional family dog sharing same kennel discounted rate of $21 per day).

(Cats are $14 each, per day /$399 a month per cat.).

(Small caged pets such as rabbits, birds etc. $3.50 each per day).

Hourly rate for “daycare dogs” $4.50 per hour.

5% of your final amount, we will donate to an animal welfare group in need. This changes from year to year depending on the animals in need.

FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS:

It is best for your pet, to provide their regular food, as it is much better for your pet not to change their diet.

Please ensure their food is in airtight container, and has your pets name on it.

Every night we give Marrow bones, rawhides, Kongs or other treats if you prefer your dog not to have these, please let us know.

We can provide your pets bedding, although its best to bring your own pets bed, as it has their smell of home on it.

Cleaning of all bedding along with daily cleaning of Doggie Dens and Cleocatra Cottages, and your small pet cages, brushing, toys, treats and unlimited playtime and cuddles, all INCLUDED in fees! We will also give your dogs daily walks if you request at no extra charge. Also we bathe all dogs here as needed and just before they go home at no additional cost!

Proof of this is required or we will give your pet a multi-wormer $11 per pet, if you have not given this to your dog within the last month. Please note this is to help prevent the spread of parasites & worms amongst dogs. .Please note reservations CANNOT be confirmed until we have received the following:

·  A fully completed and signed pet boarding contract.

·  Government issued U.S. I.D.

·  Copies of ALL required veterinary records (see requirements below)

·  A nonrefundable* deposit of 50% of the boarding fees

·  Refund will be given, (minus a $15 cancellation fee) if you give us written notice at least 14 days BEFORE the first day of boarding, see below for exceptions.

·  If you cancel inside 14 days, or if you return early from your trip, no refund will be given.

THE 4th OF JULY HOLIDAY PERIOD, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR At these very busy times 100% of the payment is required at time of booking, and is nonrefundable.

No refunds can be given for bookings at these times, or, the entire months of November, December or the first two weeks of January. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS.

DOGS: Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis and Leptospirosis must be current, along with documentation of a negative Heartworm test andBordetella (kennel cough) is also required. All guests must be parasite-free and provide documentation of being on heartworm and parasite (flea/tick)prevention programs such as Sentinel, Interceptor, Frontline Plus, etc. Please note: Parasite prevention programs (vet supplied, not over counter products) must be supplied for your pet when staying over a month, along with Heartworm treatment. If you do not bring this, we will purchase the above products for your pet and you agree you are responsible for payment.

CATS: Cats must be parasite free and in good health.

·  Small pets (rabbits, birds, etc.) must be in their cages, which need to be clean and secure. Please be sure to provide their basic food, we will provide fresh fruits and veggies etc.

·  All animals not collected on the collection date – PLEASE READ THE NEXT PARAGRAPH CAREFULLY:

IF you do not collect your pet (or go into arrears with payment), 7 days after your contract date, the said pet(s) becomes the property of Love Them and Leave Them pet sitting service. Your pet(s) could be offered for adoption through us, or taken to HHS or other shelter. This is a last resort, but animals have been abandoned here, and sadly we are NOT an animal rescue, and are unable to keep unclaimed pets. Remember this is EASILY avoided by contacting us in advance to amend your travel dates and depositing owed money into our business account for the extended time required.

IT IS IMPERATIVE you contact us if you are NOT coming back on the date in the contract. Every possible effort will be made to accommodate your pet for you, past your contract date. If we are not able to accommodate your pet past your contract date, due to no availability, your emergency contact is responsible for finding a different facility.

·  Although every effort is made to ensure the safety of your pet, we cannot be held responsible if your dog scales our dog park fence or tries to chew through the heavy duty chain link and causes injury.

·  We take exceptional care of our guests but in the event of sickness, injury or death, the client will not hold harness and not assert any claim for damages against Love Them and Leave Them Pet Sitting.

·  One day a pet may escape (or injure itself in trying to). We encourage you to inspect our property and if your pet is a known escape artist, please ensure you are happy with our enclosures.

·  Our kennels are strong and dog park fences are at least 5 feet high …… But only you know your dog.

·  Cleocatra Cottages are built to the highest standards……please be sure you feel your cat will be happy and secure.

·  We cannot be liable for ANY personal items left on the property. But you are welcome to bring their favorite toys, bed and special treats etc. ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE YOUR PETS NAME ON THEM JUST REMEMBER ANOTHER DOG MAY EAT YOUR DOGS TOY OR BED ETC.

·  All dogs MUST wear a collar with their name on. Quick release and choke collars are not acceptable.

Your emergency contact will make decisions for medical treatment, and to take custody of your pet, in the event you cannot be reached. Your emergency contact is responsible to pick up your pet and take your pet to a veterinary clinic for treatment. Treatment cannot be provided at our facility. In the event of an EMERGENCY, we may have to use a vet for your pet. We will try contact you - or your emergency contact ASAP, but you MUST AGREE TO PAY ALL VET BILLS if we authorize treatment on your behalf.

We may need to call this contact ANYTIME night or day. You need to provide at least two people who will be on island.

Please sign that ALL your emergency contacts are aware of their responsibilities and WILL come and collect your pet if required. ______

Your emergency contact is responsible to pick up your dog should circumstance dictate the removal of your pet from our facilities (Such as excessive barking, excessive digging/damage to our property, or aggression). NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF YOUR DOG HAS TO BE REMOVED DUE TO ITS BAD BEHAVIOUR. The removal of your pet is entirely the decision of Love Them and Leave Them pet sitting service - It is the clients responsibility to provide an emergency contact who is able to come in case of an emergency at ANYTIME, NIGHT OR DAY - if we cannot reach them, you are liable for all expenses occured – our rate is $45 an hour to escort your pet off the property in any circumstance, be it to a vet or to another facility etc, plus $50 pet taxi. Your emergency contact is also responsible to pay any outstanding money you owe us when they collect your pet(s).

Although human “pack leader” supervision is constant here, on occasions dogs, like children, will have fall outs, we cannot be liable for ANY injuries caused. All clients sign this contract stating their pets are social. The parties hereto agree as follows: This profile is part of the “Love Them and Leave Them” Pet Care Contract.

This agreement will remain valid for current and future service, with the exceptions of any agreed to changes in fees or frequency or total number of visits. The client has answered all answers honestly and fully understands the contract.
