2 Job Purpose
·  To ensure that leakage results are prepared, checked and published to agreed timescales. To deal with leakage queries promptly and to ensure that all weekly and period end reports are checked and issued to agreed timescales.
3 Business Area / Job Specific Responsibilities
·  To prepare leakage results weekly and issue in line with agreed timescales
·  To check store sales figures and produce variance listing
·  To prepare and issue weekly and period end reports
·  To import/input relevant data into reports/spreadsheets and check for errors
·  To review/check leakage results and inform relevant managers
·  To update weekly store analysis and reconcile to store PDR

·  Maintain employee and organisational confidentiality in line with Data Protection Act
·  Comply with Health and Safety responsibilities in line with the company Health and Safety Policy

Essential

·  Ability to resolve problems and sort queries
·  Ability to produce accurate work to deadlines
·  Experience in organising & prioritising workloads
·  GCSE (A-C) or equivalent in English & Maths
·  Good I T Skills (particularly Microsoft excel ) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and databases.
·  Ability to deal with internal and external customers
·  Ability to communicate effectively using fax, email and telephone / ·  Experience in organising & prioritising workload.
·  Previous experience in an office environment. / CV / application form / competency based interview
