A cheque or cheques totalling $100 or more payable to Girl Guides of Canada-BC Council and a list (names and addresses) of all who contribute $10 or more. This is needed so that thank you cards and income tax receipts can be sent out.
Three copies of a 4” by 6” photo of the nominee in Guiding uniform.The photo is to be vertically oriented and include only the recipient, preferably in Guiding uniform. Please write the nominee’s name and presentation date (in pencil) on the back of each photo.
