These are the important dates and information you will need to know for this school year.

FALL:
· August 31– Fall classes begin. Welcome back to another great year of dancing!
· September 8-14– In-House Open House. If there is a class you are not currently taking, but would like to try, try this class for free this week. Try as many classes as you wish.
· September 27 Annual Fusion Fest – Bring the whole family! Burr’s Park on Water St. in Warren from 12:00-7:00. No Admission! Live bands all day, beer garden, games and arts and crafts for kids, food trucks galore! It is a picnic day so bring your folding chairs, blankets, and of course jeans and sneaks!
· September 21 – 26 –“Bring a Friend to Class for Free” week. Friends must be within 2 years of age range –no experience necessary for ages under 9 yrs.
· October 3 – FUSE begins rehearsals. Saturdays 11:15 – 1:15 PM
· October 25 – Master Class with Bill Evans – Internationally acclaimed modern dance teacher and choreographer! Must pre-register to attend.
· October 26 – Oct 31 - Tuition is due (Pro-rated classes for Thanksgiving day).
· October 26 – 31 – Order forms for School Logo Apparel handed out. Sample sizes are at the studio.
· October 31 – Happy Holloween!! Creative Movement and Pre-Ballet A students may wear their Halloween costumes to class. Please make sure costumes are safe to dance in J
· November 1 - Tuition is past due, if it has not been paid add a $10.00 late fee to tuition.
· November 8 – Master Ballet Classes with Marina Van Winkle, of the Kirov Ballet!! Must pre-register to attend.
· November 9 - 14– All Logo apparel forms and payment due. Logo apparel will not be ordered without payment in full. No exceptions
· November 21 –Fusionworks Dance Company presents its 28th anniversary performance at Sapinsley Hall, RI College. Please come and help us celebrate! Support the professional company housed at our own studio. There will be a matinee and evening performance to choose from.
· November 26 – closed for Thanksgiving.
· FUSE performs at the Emerald Square Mall – date TBA
· December 14 - 19 – School Logo apparel handed out.
· December 20 – January 3 - Winter Vacation. Studio is closed.

2016 Winter/Spring Calendar
These are the important dates and information you will need to know.
· January 4 – Classes resume.
· January 4–9 Tuition is due
· January 11 – Tuition is past due, if it has not been paid add a $10.00 late fee to tuition.
· January 11-16 – Recital costume order forms handed out. We will begin measuring for costumes and hand out important information.
***All students will require a parent’s signature on the “Recital Policy Form” in order to participate in the annual recital.
· February 8 -13 – Recital costume money is due. Costumes will not be ordered unless paid in full. No exceptions.
· February 29 – March 5 – Tuition is due
· March 7 - Tuition is past due, if it has not been paid add a $10.00 late fee to tuition
· April 2 – Fusionworks’ Locally Grown Spring Concerts! Come and support our own teens dancing in Fusionworks II and other dancers from throughout RI. Matinee and Evening shows.
· April 16 FUSE performs at the Worcester Dance Festival, Anna Maria College, MA!
· April 25 – 30 - Registration flyers for summer camps handed out.
· May 1 - Master Class Series. Guest Artist TBA
· May 2 – May 7 - Tuition is due (Pro-rated classes: Monday classes for Memorial Day)
· May 9 – Tuition is past due, if it has not been paid add a $10.00 late fee to tuition
· May 23-28 - Costumes are handed out to students whose tuition is paid up in full. We will also talk about hair and make-up for the performance – parents of children ages 9 and below, please come into the studio this week.
· May 23-28 – Tickets for the recital go on sale. Pre-Sale tickets are $20. At the door $25
· May 30 – closed for Memorial Day
· June 6-11 – Pre-Registration forms handed out for Fall classes.
