Digital & Direct Marketing Executive

With over 75 years’ experience in the automotive industry it is with no question that Linders is one of the longest established car dealers in Dublin. From their beginnings in Smithfield to their now locations in Chapelizod and Finglas, Linders have the exclusive dealership to Renault and Dacia in the North of Dublin.
Linders are providers of Renault services and parts and have a wide range ofused cars for sale, along with an extensive commercial vehicle offering.

Our dealerships are based in Finglas and Chapelizod and both boast excellent facilities with huge indoor showrooms.
Key Responsibilities: / The primary objective of this role is to employ direct, database and digital marketing media to assist in the creation the footfall and business with which to reach set targets for each area/dept. of Linders Group business. Namely across the following areas:
CRM
  • To manage Linders CRM activities & ensure the generation, proper maintenance and utilisation of Linders database towards that end.
  • Develop and Implement a full program of activity in each department and processes for same:
  • Sales & Finance CRM cycle
  • Service CRM cycle
  • Parts CRM cycle
  • Ensure full data capture at each entry point for the business:
  • 80% minimum email capture sales and service
  • Focus on retention of Toyota service business and growth of Renault database.
  • Ensure outgoing sales and service phone calls are planned, carried out and reported upon – include once a month creating sales evening event per each sales department.
  • Develop and manage Loyalty scheme.
  • Ensure effective communication with customer-base.
  • Liaise with manufacturer and any third party.
  • Manage the cleansing of existing database.
  • Measure level of activity carried out weekly/monthly and measure return on same.
  • Report weekly and monthly to DP and Department managers.
Digital Marketing
  • Bring us up-to-date in terms of our digital reach.
  • Develop, implement and manage a digital marketing plan for the business.
  • Generate interaction, footfall and web traffic.
  • Manage linders.ie and lindersrenault.ie:
  • Tactical timely updates (hire drive sale, offers etc.).
  • Landing pages for campaigns.
  • SEO optimised.
  • Google adwords.
  • Blog.
  • Social Media Plan:
  • Facebook
  • Pinterest
  • Instagram
  • Linked IN
  • Twitter
  • Youtube.com
  • Any others
  • Manage email marketing campaigns:
  • Landing pages for campaigns.
  • Manage banner ads and online ads.
  • Ensure all used cars advertised on Carzone, etc. are best presented to generate enquiries:
  • Videos online for each car.
  • Manage Linders TV on youtube.com:
  • Videos for each new and used car.
  • Service videos.
  • Promotional offers, etc.
  • General areas that required assistance such as brochures, keyrings, etc.

Key Requirements: /
  • Third level qualification in digital marketing or related field
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work as part of a team.
  • Analytical minded with excellent problem solving skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to work to tightdeadlines.
  • Customer focused.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and desire to take responsibility for individual pieces of work or solo projects.

Physical Movements /
  • Mainly Desk-based computer and telephone work; however will require
  • Attendance at various meetings in different locations.
  • Manual dexterity for typing, filing, use of printer etc…

Physical Environment /
  • Primarily based on ground floor with lift access available to other floors.
  • Refreshment facilities available/Tea and coffee facilities available.

Type of Workload Involved /
  • Ongoing steady workload with some intense periods of work depending on deadlines.
  • Project co-ordination role.
  • High level of interaction with colleagues, stakeholders, employees and visitors.
