Response MUST reference this Form 470.
We will not respond to general solicitations, generic emails or spam. We will respond to all specific questions.
Bidder must agree to participate in the E-rate Program for the corresponding funding year and do the following: 1) have a valid SPIN and include this SPIN on your response. 2) have a current Service Provider Annual Certification (SPAC) filed with the USAC by July 1 of the corresponding funding year, 3) provide Lowest Corresponding Price, and 4) comply with E-rate gift rules.
Bidder MUST identify any proposed items that are ineligible for E-rate support. In addition, if any ineligible items are part of a response, we request they be cost allocated. Please include all information that will be required on the Item 21 Attachment such type of service, quantity and price for Category 1 services. Please include estimated taxes and fees in the quote.
Contracts: All contracts awarded will be contingent upon E-rate funding and final board approval unless otherwise noted. The applicant may choose to do all or part of the project upon funding notification. Contracted services can be increased by the applicant as needed during the life of the contract based on Form 470 specifications and bid responses. (Example is, but not limited to, increase in Internet Access bandwidth.)

The Griffin-Spalding CountySchool District is seeking bids for local service options. We will accept bids for local lines, PRIs, hosted VoIP (at the locations listed below) or other solutions.
NOTE: Please provide cost allocation for any ineligible services, features, or components in each proposal. (For example but not limited to DID & CPE)
If proposing a hosted VoIP solution, the district will need to maintain approx. 40 business lines – 2 at each location.
