Formula 113’scar care line of waxes, polishes and cleaners have made a significant impact on the automotive car care industry over the past 12 years. Formula 113 products werefirstintroduced in 1996 at collector car shows on the East Coast with an overwhelming response. Once demonstrated, they were sold. Eventually, word of mouth coupled with extensive marketing at collector car shows, cruises and auctions put Formula 113 products – on the map. Even the top car care companies such as Meguiars, Mothers and Zymol felt the impact of the Formula 113 product line as the newest and most superior products in recent history.

Michael A. Prisco– President/CEO

Formula 113 Inc is owned and operated by Michael Prisco, President and Chief Executive Officer and Catherine Rigoroso – Senior Vice President

Michael began manufacturing car care products from his two car garage in New York in 1996. All of Michael’s efforts since the age of 10 were coming to fruition. From detailing cars: operating a local detail shop, selling his product on the streets of New York, demonstrating and selling at classic car shows throughout the Eastern seaboard, testing every car wax product on the market against his own - he was more and more convinced that Formula 113's spectacular outlasting and outshining performance was superior to any other car wax product on the market. Michael realized he had to test market in a non-seasonal state, where he could promote, and sell Formula 113. In 1995, he bought a vendor spot at the Southeast’s biggest classic car show - The Daytona Turkey Run. Although Formula 113 was an unknown with a mediocre label, the product took off. He had an unusual selling style. He walked through the thousands of pristine classic cars, demonstrated and successfully sold the product - with fantastic results. Catherine Rigoroso

Vice President

Catherine’s experience was as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Ramada Plaza Hotel Chain in New York. Prior to her success in the hotel industry, she started her sales career working for Hanover Companies in Manhattan. Her executive position as assistant to one of the biggest real estate moguls’ responsible for heading the Cooperative and Condominium Conversions was the stepping stone in her Sales and Marketing career. Her expertise is evidenced in the sale and marketing awards, customer testimonials and bonuses accumulated during her career in Sales.

Formula 113 One Step Wax Sealant is our signature product. It’s formulated in a rich, thick paste that can be applied in direct sunlight and leaves absolutely no dust or powdery residue. SALES AND MARKETING

Create and develop more brand awareness through either a direct response television advertising campaign or TV commercials raising more brand awareness to create what they call “ A GROUND SWELL” This TV campaign can help to get major rep company’s to carry our product line to get the major retailers such as AutoZone, Pep boys, Advanced Auto Parts, Napa Auto Parts, O’Reilly auto parts Wal-mart, Kmart, Target and countless other smaller regional retailers to want to carry our products in their stores around the country.

Product placement into major catalogs Such as Jegs and Summit. To search out and contact regional distributors for our products to sell to the mom and pop autoparts stores and convenience stores around the country. We also have been selling to Aubuchon Hardware stores based in Mass. who have over 140 locations through out New England. We will go after more hardware chains like Home Depot, Loews and True Value. Also to generate rapid awareness and sales growth through QVC’s merchandising power.

In other words, our staff will go after every avenue possible to get the products on the shelves in as many retailers as possible.

Our founder and Chairman of the company has been a 2 TV shows. One was called “Addicted to Cars” that was aired on America’s One network back 2005. He did the “ Detailing Tip of The Week” The show was owned by Ecklers Corvette parts. One of the Largest Corvette aftermarket parts company in the world. Michael also known as “Wax Daddy” has also appeared on the Discovery Channel back in 2006 on a show called “The Kustomizer” The show is heading for a re-release on TLC this spring 2007. Also Michael was called to film 13 new episodes for 2008 season. We also purchased the license from Big Daddy’s Toys (The Kustomizer) to use all his creations from the show for our advertising ,web site etc.

We are also getting ready to film a pilot for Wax Daddy to have his own reality TV show to further brand awareness to strengthen our efforts in brick and mortar stores.

Sales & Marketing

Deals are on the table With George Barris, Boyd Coddington and Chip Foose for endorsements for our products. These 3 guys are the biggest names in the Custom car world. George Barris who is a living legend has built every TV and Movie car. Boyd Coddington is world renowned for his custom built street rods and has a TV show called “ American Hotrod ” on TLC. They are already using the products and swear by them. Chip Foose is the star of “Overhaulin” another show on TLC and is master of building custom cars and is known around the world.

We have built this company one customer at a time by attending major car shows for over 12 years, Our founder Wax Daddy and his Wife Catherine ( Wax Mommy) have built a small army of Authorized dealers, distributors, mom and pop stores that carry our products now. We will continue to work with these people and stores to continue on with our current success. There hundreds of car shows around the country and we are constantly asked for door prizes and items for what they call the goody bags. Small 2-4 ounce samples will be provided for thousands of car enthusiast around the country. This one of our best advertising ideas. We will place the products directly into the end consumer’s hands and from past experience, once you try our products, WE GOT YOU!

We will strengthen our brand awareness even more now by supplying our currents customers with even more products and promotional material.

Wax Daddy will be going on a national road show and will attend the biggest car shows to build even more brand awareness. A deal is on the table now with George Barris to be with Wax Daddy at these shows signing autographs along with some of George’s creations including the original Bat Mobile. This car is the most famous one of George’s creations and known around the world. We will do a licensing deal with George Barris so we can use his creations for all of our advertising as well as using these vehicles on our packaging.

Another deal is on the table to have Boyd Coddington build a custom Street rod for Wax Daddy. Wax Daddy will appear on one of the episodes with Boyd. This will strengthen our TV presence and more power to get the retailers to carry our products. The custom car will also be brought to the major car shows again strengthening our brand awareness.

And last but not least is to have all new packaging for our line of products that “Leaves the competition in the dust” All new floor displays, possibly featuring George Barris, Chip Foose, Boyd Coddington or Wax Daddy on the displays would very powerful. Custom bottles for all of our products will also set us apart from the competition. Kick Ass packaging is Key to our success.
