I.  Guidelines

Please read these guidelines carefully. Failure to follow them may result in suspending your application from the selection process.

1.  Type or print in blank ink only and provide all requested information in English. All documents issued in another language must be translated into English by either an official translation service or your university/college.

2.  All sections of the application must be completed. Make sure you send all required documentation. We do not consider incomplete applications.

II.  Application Materials- submit together with the application form

1.  Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English

2.  Two Letters of Recommendation, in English

Your letters of recommendation must be completed by people who are familiar with your academic or professional abilities and character (e.g. a faculty member or a job supervisor).

3.  A certified copy of your official degree or diploma

Please note that the degree or diploma must be translated into English by either an official translation service or your university/college. The university degree of the applicants must be earned during studies lasting either 4 or 5 years within the former undergraduate studies provisions, or 5 years (3+2) within I and II cycle studies provisions in accordance with the Bologna process.

4.  Transcript or mark sheet

A transcript or mark sheet is an official document issued by your university/college, which lists courses taken and grades received. Please note that the transcript must be translated into English by either an official translation service or your university/college and certified.

5.  Certificate of proficiency in English in the form of standardized English test scores

TOEFL or an equivalent (e.g. IELTS) scores if your native language or language of first degree university education is not English.

6.  Birth certificate – original or certified photocopy, translated into English

7.  Citizenship certificate – original or certified photocopy, translated into English

8.  Photocopy of the passport (the page containing your data and photo).

Your application and all required documentation must be

RECEIVED no later than 9th of September 2014.

Applications should be received by regular mail. If you email or fax your filled in application form, please make sure your references, university diplomas and transcripts, and English proficiency certificates reach us by regular mail within the deadline. All documentation should clearly indicate the applicant’s name and contact address.
