Service Agreement
This agreement, dated between PB&J Entertainment LLC, dba Upstate Photobooth and______ the Client.
Upstate Photobooth agrees to provide to the Client and the Client agrees to contract from Upstate Photobooth for the following services.
Delivery of one Photobooth including all setup and teardown
An unlimited number of photos for your guests in both color and black & white for a period of 4 continuous hours. Please note: Our photobooth does not save copies of the guest photos.
The creation of a high quality memory book that includes photos and personal messages from your guests. This completed memory album will be in your hands at the completion of your reception! (This will include both black & white & color photos unless otherwise specified)
At least one onsite attendant / technician for the duration of the event
The attendant will ensure that the photobooth functions properly and will assist the guests in the use of the photobooth.
Other Services Offered:
A scanned copy of all photos with guest permission saved to a memory stick. ($75)
Draping the photobooth in champagne color drape for a more formal appearance. ($50)
The terms of this Service Agreement will begin on______at ______and end at______. Upstate Photobooth will be on site no later than one hour before the start of the event. Should Upstate Photobooth fail to deliver a fully functional photobooth during the agreed above times, the client’s only remedy is a full refund of all money paid. Upstate Photobooth is not responsible for any consequential damages or lost opportunities.
Due to its weight and size, the photobooth cannot be carried up stairs or around tight corners. The venue must be able to accommodate the photobooth’s size, weight and dimensions without negotiating stairs. The photobooth needs a 32” doorway opening. The Client has the ultimate responsibility for determining whether the events venue will accommodate the photobooth.

The Client is responsible for ensuring the venue has standard 120 volt electrical outlet nearby the desired booth location.

A non-refundable deposit amount representing 50% of total will be required upon the signing of this agreement to guarantee the Clients event date. Failure to remit the deposit will free Upstate Photobooth to release the date. The balance of the fee needs to be paid in full the day of the event.
Cancellations
If the Client notifies Upstate Photobooth of the cancellation of the event more than 30 days prior to the date of the event, the security deposit can transfer to an alternative date. The acceptance of the alternative date will be at the sole discretion of Upstate Photobooth.
