We appreciate your interest in exhibiting this June. Anticipated attendees include 500+ SADD students, adult advisors, SADD leadership and representatives from the SADD network who promote prevention programs in their schools and communities. We hope you’ll incorporate this year’s theme: Go for Gold – Champions of Change. Prizes awarded for top booths!Heritage Exposition Services, our official contractor, will provide an electronic Exhibitor Service Kit to all exhibitors, once SADD receives booth deposit. The Exhibit Hall will be in theGrand Station Ballrooms(red and black pipe & drape set up).
Space: Basic Booth Package is 8’x10’. A 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs, signage, wastebasket, and carpet included.
Audio visual and/or electrical fees are additional – information sent in Exhibitor Service Kit after registration.
Exhibitor Move-In: Sun., June 26, 2 pm to 4:30 pm. Exhibitor Move-Out: Tues., June 28, 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.

Booth Assignment: SADD reserves the right to assign a booth location and to alter the floor plan and/or reassign any exhibit, if deemed necessary.
