They allow us to use the facilities but do not belong to them yet. They are under the benefits occupancy.
A lot of people are asking to lease parking spaces but they are not doing that as of yet.
They have cameras and sheriff patrolling it.

In the Fall they discuss renting parking spaces to ram fans. They will try to do the same in next meeting.
They are trying to get substation and once completed will tie all meters in one.
They are having a hard time getting a schedule for DWP to come out and meet with them.
They are working on Transportation and Accessibility Improvement. They want every building and bathroom handicap accessible.
They are moving on with the Design for Art & Culinary Art Building. Will present to VP Mary Gallagher and Larry frank tomorrow.
The funding for this building will come from bond funding and not state funding.
They kept the same architect and move it to schematic design.
Construction should be happening from 1 to 1 ½ years from now.

They will come to a final price to offer the school
Upgrade to the Children Development Center
Thye finish looking at documents for this projects
VP of finance stated that the project is to fix whatever needed to be fix and making sure it water proof.

Culinary Art Building should be hear by 2019.
They want to knock out the old auditorium and put the new fashion department there.
They want to extend Magnolia Hall there to give us better labs.
They brought up on knocking down the maintenance building.
Also they spoke on how we have people buying up property.
They was considering not building the athletic field for now to keep the tents up a little longer.
They will start the Monday President blasts again.
They received a grant to do a tiny house. Aso should do a follow up on that. They are still in discussion of where and when.
