Exhibitors may arrive at 8:00am on Saturday and 9:00am on Sunday. Please use the Pepsi Gate on Saturday and Sunday

**Attention Exhibitors,Zen in the Zone will take place on Sunday at 9am. We expect 1,000+ attendees on the field at this time.

What You Get: / Each 10'x10' booth is equipped with:
8' high Blue and Whitedrape(placement permitting, due to wind)
3' high draped side rails (if requested in writing for an island booth)
1 - 6' skirted table
2 - chairs
1 - wastebasket
1 - 44"x7" booth identification sign with company name and booth number
*IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT ALL EXHIBITORS IN OUTSIDE LOCATIONS BRING A TENTED COVER

Vehicles on Display
The following restrictions are put in place to ensure that event attendees are not led to believe that exhibitors have an official relationship with the Giants other than their participation in this Expo
Getting Your Materials to Your Booth:
Exhibitor Admittance / Each exhibitor will be assigned a booth number that will coincide with thefloorplan. All booth locations and sizesare approximate and are subject to change.
If you plan to have a vehicle on display, you MUST contact show management for rules, fees and delivery information.
Not Allowed
-Exhibitors cannot use the Giants team name, logos or other trademarks.
-Exhibitors cannot display signage mentioning the team.
-Exhibitors cannot have employees in Giants attire.
-Exhibitors cannot give away Giants prizes or merchandise.
-Exhibitors cannot give away items that conflict with Delaware North’s merchandise offerings.
-Exhibitors cannot conduct auctions or raffles of any kind.
Allowed
-Exhibitors can hire Giants alumni and/or current players to greet attendees or sign autographs at their location
-Exhibitors can create generic football themed experiences
HAND CARRIED MATERIALS:
An exhibitor may “hand carry” material provided that they do not use material handling equipment to assist them. Items must be carried by hand, by one person. Exhibitors may use nothing larger than a two wheel baggage cart (rubber or plastic wheel only) to move their items. When exhibitors choose to hand carry material they may not be permitted access to the loading dock/freight door areas, but rather enter through the MetLife Gate on FRIDAY and the Pepsi Gate on Show Days.
DELIVERIES/LOADING DOCK:
If you cannot hand carry materials to your booth, you may ship materials or hire union labor to unload your vehicle at the loading dock and bring to your booth and back to your vehicle at the close of the show. More information and forms can be found in the Vista Convention Services section of our site.
Admittance to the Expo is free; therefore, no form of identification is necessary during show hours. However, during move-in and move-out and before official opening times on show days, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW ID AT ALL GATES/LOADING DOCK. No action is required on your part prior to the show.
Food and Beverage Sampling: / Exhibitors are permitted to distribute bite-sized servings of food(less than 4 oz.) and/or beverages(less than 2 oz.) from their booth permitted the items are manufactured, processed or distributed by the exhibiting company. If you plan to provide samples or cook at your booth, YOU MUST complete the Food/Beverage Sampling form on our website. Any sampling must be pre-approved by show management.
License & Sales Tax Requirements: / All businesses that will make sales must complete and file form NJ-REG to register with the state to collect/remit NJ sales tax. You may obtain form from their website or call 1-888-235-3543,
