Sun Protection
On sunny days, term time, Jumping Jakes will apply sun lotion to children who have not had any already applied and whose parents request that we do so by signing the consent form below.
During holidays parents are requested to apply sun lotion before the child attends the scheme and to provide a bottle / tube labelled with the child’s name for further application during the day.
Please provide a sun hat for your child on hot sunny days.
Any parent not wishing us to apply sun protection must also sign below.
We at Jumping Jakes will take every care to protect your child from excessive exposure to the sun.
Nivea factor 50 sun lotion for children will be used by the scheme.
