  • FBLA is collecting toys to benefit under-privileged children at Porter-Leath through December 1. Please drop off new, un-open toys in M118.
  • Attention ALL Cadets participating on Veterans’ Day Parade. If you are marching with the Battalion staff, Color Guard, Armed Drill Team or Unarmed Drill Team, practice is MANDATORY Tuesday and Thursday after school from 3:15 – 4:30.   • Congratulations to all who participated in the Mu Alpha Theta competition over the weekend. It was a great success for the team! Andrew Wu, Andy Chai, Angus McKee, AnmingGu, Jason H'ng, Jie Wang, Jonathan Zhang, Kevin Luo, Pranav Rajeshaker, Sarah Ding, Sarah Shen, and Zhaohan Zhu were able to pull in more than 20 individual trophies combined!Also, the Math Bowl Team was able to take the first place state math bowl title and 300$. The team also won 2nd place overall.
  • Congratulations to the following art students for winning in the annual BRIARCREST REGIONAL ACADEMIC ART COMPETITION: Spartan ArtStudents tookFIRST PLACE inthe Senior division with the art of Kennedy Jarrett and FIRST PLACEin the Sophomore division with the art of Shridhar ATHIN-YARA-NAN.SPECIAL AWARDS went toMADDY DANZIGER for "EXCELLENCE IN EXPRESSIVE QUALITY" and JAMES TRENTHEM for "EXCELLENCE IN DRAWING". 3rd PLACE went to SARA SOMERS in the Junior Division and an HONORABLE MENTIONwent to JIE WANG in the SOPHOMORE division.
