Our Therapy Employee Referral Rewards Program Earns You Cash

Century strives to provide caring, qualified, experienced Rehabilitation Therapists to improve the quality of life for our patients. Many of our top Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists hear about opportunities within Century from friends, family and colleagues; therefore, we understand the great value of referrals. Century has created a rewarding Employee Referral Bonus Program to encourage employee referrals.

Our Therapy Referral Bonus Program is simple:

If you are an active Therapist currently employed by Century Rehab and you:

Refer a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP, Century will pay you $1.50 for every hour

he or she works for their first 90 days of employment

You can refer as many therapists as you want; hence, the more people you refer, the more money you earn. Should your referral(s) work full-time, you could earn THOUSANDS of dollars! This is simply Century’s way of thanking you for helping us build an exceptional network of people who provide the very best in rehabilitation healthcare.

How? Submit a Ticket in the Century Employee Portal

Refer your friends, family or colleagues to Century by:

·  Log into the Century Rehab Employee Portal via our website at support.centuryrehab.com

·  Click on “Submit a Ticket”

·  Select “Employee Referral” and click “Next” at bottom of page

·  Complete brief form providing your information and your referrals contact information

·  A Century Corporate Recruiter will follow up with your referral within 24 hours

Actively Employed

Your referral must be someone who has not worked for Century Rehab in the past 12 months (1 year). Century employee must be actively employed and must have worked within the past 90 days, at the time referral bonus amount is paid in order to be eligible to earn and receive it. If employment with Century terminates for any reason whatsoever prior to the date bonus is paid, employee will not be eligible to earn and will not be paid such referral bonus.

Taxes

Century shall withhold from any compensation, paid to and required to be paid to any employees, all federal, state, and local or other taxes which Century determines are required to be withheld in accordance with applicable statutes or regulations in effect.

Employee Referral Bonus Plan is subject to change at any time. Your employment with Century remains “at-will” and nothing in this Plan modifies that relationship.
