Centre Costs: Rent: £65w for 3 rooms (dance studio, drama studio and one classroom - although we have the use of the whole block)
Other Outgoings: Occasional help from parent who does the desk for me for the first and last hour only. Child comes free and I pay her £10 per week when she helps. If not needed, she would definitely go back to paying for her child to come though as child has been attending since she was 6 and is now 12.

I don’t currently teach at the centre so all staff members are in place. I have quite a lot of costumes, stock and props from over the years that the new franchisee can also have. I have run the centre for the past seven years and in that time have used the same telephone numbers. I often get calls from past parents for their second child or from leaflets that people have held onto so if the new franchisee wants them I could arrange for them to have these numbers.

Theatretrain Hillingdon is a well established centre. I am the second franchisee in its 12 year history. I have in the past had numbers close to 60, however, due to other commitments I have not been able to give it the time it needs but with a bit of a push numbers will easily increase.
