HELP THEATRE WEST BY GOING ONLINE AND SIGNING YOUR GROCERY CARDS UP WITH EITHER RALPHS, OR VONS/PAVILIONS

Go to and click on sign-in/register. Click sign-up today. Fill out all required information and click on complete registration.

You will then get a message to check your email box and click on the link within the email. You will now see, ‘your Ralphs.com account has been activated’. Click on, ‘click here to log into your account’. If your session has expired you’ll be directed to the sign-in page. In either case, sign in using your email and password.

Scroll down to ‘Edit Community Link’. Click on this link and enter Theatre West’s NPO number (non- profit organization), which is 81730, then click on save changes. To verify that you are now supporting Theatre West, you should see our name on your account page.

G0 to and click on members/supporters. Then, on the right side of the page, under Tips, it says, ‘if you are not currently a member or supporter register now. Click on that link. Next, click on the circle that says, ‘Group ID’. Theatre West’s number is 3665781. When you enter that number and click search Theatre West’s name will appear above this section on the left side of the page. Click on the Theatre West link. A box will appear saying ‘You have selected to Support Theatre West’. Scroll down and click next. Fill in the required information and click next. You will be asked to select a card. Choose either Vons or Pavilions, click on the one you choose and enter the card number in the appropriate box and click next. You’ll be be asked to enter other cards. This is optional. If you choose not to, just hit next. On the following page hit next again. The final page will ask you to ‘confirm’. Click on that and the info you entered will appear. Make sure it’s correct and you’re done.

Hopefully, this is not too confusing. The markets have made it a bit more difficult for us to sign supporters up, but please know that, with your help, they will donate to Theatre West up to 4% of what you spend. This has amounted to over $20,000 in the last few years. All you have to do is take the time to register and remember to swipe your club card each time you shop at the above markets.
