Crash hats must be worn and bear the CE mark and a quality symbol, either BS kite mark, the SAI global symbol or the official Snell lable with number.The CE symbol on its own is not sufficient. Pas 015 or 2011 with BSI kite mark, Snell E2001 or AS/NZ538381998, 2003 or 2006 standard , and ALL HATS MUST CARRY A PONY CLUB PURPLE TAG.

Notes: The competition will be run in accordance with the pony club rules for Tetrathlon 2016. With the exception that there will be no elimination for three refusals in the Mini, Tadpole, and Tiddlers classes. A third refusal at the same fence will incur a maximum of 200 penalties. Medical Armbands & body protectors MUST be worn for the riding phase by all competitors.

Health and Safety: The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey instructions form the organisers, officials, and stewards. Neither the organisers nor any persons acting on their behalf accept any liability for any loss,damage, accident, injury or illness to competitors, spectators or any persons, animal, or property.

Shooting Range:Substantial shoes that do not reach the ankle bone which cover the whole foot, eg; trainers must be worn Air pistols MUST be in their cases until Firing Point Steward give the order toun-box them at the start of the detail and MUST be boxed again BEFORE the competitor leaves the firing point. At all other times air pistols must be stored in their boxes and locked in a secure place (i.e. in a vehicle out of site).

Photographic rights- competitors and their guardians give permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons or horses/ ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media what so ever for editorial purposes , press information or advertising by or on behalf of the Pony Club and / or official sponsors of the Pony Club

HOT AND COLD REFRESHMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE EACH DAY AT WHITFIELD FARM

Entry Form: Class 1221 and over age groups (bonus added according to age) Entry Fee ₤30.00

E = 41 to 45F = 46 to 50G = 51 plus

Riding Phase: The minimus is standard and will be the default for scoring unless notified either on this form or to the secretary by 10am on Sunday 10th July 2016. Please indicate which course as appropriate using J-Junior, I- Intermediate, O – Open (extra points will be given for riding more difficult courses – e.g. minis 1000, Juniors 1200, Intermediate 1300, Open 1400)
