Purpose
The 2010 Urban-Rural Interface Conference (URIC) is designed to educate participants about ways to become an eco-friendly consumer.
URIC attendees will interface with environmental experts and service providers to learn how to relate more responsibly with the environment and its precious resources.
Instead of the usual guest lecturers, exhibitors are invited to take the stage to inform the public about green-living programs, products, and services. In return, consumers will have a chance to win door prizes and to learn how to become more eco-friendly.
America is going “green!” Take this chance to jump on the bandwagon to learn more about living “green!”
Early registration is $5.00.
On-site registration is $8.00.
Exhibitors will have an opportunity to showcase their products and services.
Exhibitors are asked to provide a door prize (minimum $25 value) OR pay an exhibit set up fee of $25.

This event is open to consumers, local businesses, public and private organizations, including the general public, educators, students, environmental service providers, public officials, Extension personnel, and other parties interested in green-living resources.
