Template for Project Proposal
Notes:i. Please read the Application Guidelines (http://csrp.hku.hk/wecare-fund-projects-2017-guideline) before preparing your proposal with this template. In planning for your proposed project, it is important to note that if approved, your project should be completed by 31/07/2018.
ii. Applicants should be students from post-secondary institutions in Hong Kong as listed on the above website.
iii. Each proposed project should include one professional advisor, preferably a member from the Student Affairs Office at your institute (e.g. clinical psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellor, school social worker, or other relevant areas.)
iv. Please use font size not smaller than point 12 and avoid excessively long proposal. There is no need to include this page in your proposal.
v. Applicants may provide supplementary information as appendix of the proposal.
vi. Applicants must provide all the information required in the proposal template. CSRP reserves the right not to consider an application which is incomplete or not in the specified format.
vii. Information provided in this proposal will be used in the assessment process and may be used for CSRP publications (e.g. newsletters, website, etc.).

Note 1: Overseas travel will not be supported.
Note 2: Examples of items in different categories:
- Service: such as design, printing, multimedia production, professional/instructor/speaker fee, server hosting etc.
- Equipment: such as audio and visual equipment, office equipment, other machinery etc.
