The Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at the Clubhouse, Stoneham Lane Eastleigh on Tuesday 7th December 2010 at 7.00pm.

  1. To receive apologies.
  2. To approve the Minutes of the AGM held on Thursday December8th2009
  3. To consider matters arising therefore.
  4. To receive and adopt the report of the General Committee for the year ended 31st August 2010.
  5. To receive and adopt the report of the Treasurer.
  6. To receive the Sports Sections reports:
  7. Cricket
  8. Hockey
  9. Rugby
  10. Squash
  11. To present the Barclays Trophy to the Clubman of the year.
  12. To elect the officers of the club

MEMBERS ARE REMINDED THAT:

Under rules 10B and 12, nominations for office, duly proposed and seconded must be received by the secretary, in writing, at least 7 days before the AGM.

Under rule 10c, nominations, duly proposed and seconded , for Director ship of Trojans PLC must be received by the secretary in writing not less than 21 days before the AGM.

Under rules 17 any members desirous of moving any resolution at the AGM shall give notice thereof to the Secretary not less than 10 days before the date of such meeting.

Only full members over 18 (excludes Social and Associate members) having paid their current subscriptions are entitled to vote.
