The Town Board of the Town of Menomonie, Dunn County, Wisconsin, by This Resolution Accepts

RESOLUTION 2011-05

The Town Board of the Town of Menomonie, Dunn County, Wisconsin, by this resolution accepts the redistricting map of Dunn County District 10, 11. and 12 for 2011, by the Dunn County Supervisors – Dunn County, Wisconsin. These districts include the Town of Menomonie, and described as the following:

District 10: Including the Township of Lucas; and that part of the Township of Weston lying northerly and westerly of a line described as follows: beginning at the intersection of the west line of said Township of Weston (also known as the west line of Dunn County) and 350th Avenue, thence easterly along said 350th Avenue to 210th Street, thence north along 210th Street to County Road X, thence east along said County Road X to 340th Avenue, thence east along 340th Avenue to County Road K, thence north along County Road K to the north line of the south east part of the Township of Weston, and being the point of ending of this line; and that part of the Township of Menomonie southerly and westerly of a line described as follows; beginning at the intersection of the west line of said Township of Menomonie and 470th Avenue, thence east along said 470th Avenue to County Road K, thence easterly and southerly along County Road K to 440th Avenue, thence easterly along said 440th Avenue to County Road D, thence easterly along said County Road D to 430th Avenue, thence southerly and easterly along said 430th Avenue to State Road 25, thence south along said State Road 25 to the south boundary of said Township of Menomonie and being the point of ending of this line.

District 11: Including a part of the Township of Menomonie, south of the city limits of the City of Menomonie and easterly of a line described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the south line of said Township of Menomonie and State Road 25, thence north along State Road 25 to 430th Avenue, thence westerly along 430th Avenue to County Road D, thence west along County Road D to 440th Street (also know as Bongey Drive), thence north along 440th Street to the south line of the City limits of the City of Menomonie, and being the point of ending of this line; and that part of the Township of Red Cedar, west of the following described line; beginning at the intersection of the south line of said Township of Red Cedar and 570th Street, thence north on said 570th Street to County Road J, thence northerly on County Road J to the City limits of said City of Menomonie, and being the point of ending of this line.

Population = 1471

District 12: Including that part of the Township of Menomonie north and west of a line described as follows; beginning at the intersection of the west line of said Township of Menomonie and 470th Avenue, thence east along said 470th Avenue to County Road K, thence easterly and southerly along County Road K to 440th Avenue, thence easterly along said 440th Avenue to County Road D, thence easterly along County Road D to 440th Street (also known as Bongey Drive), thence north along 440th Street to the south City limits of said City of Menomonie; thence along the west and north City Limits to east line of the Township of Menomonie and being the point off ending of this line.
