The Titledge Group has been in existence since 1994, evolving from a single-state agency into a group of title insurance service companies, which include: Titledge Insurance Company, a New York title insurance underwriter, Titledge Production Services, Titledge Technology, a provider of technology-based services to the title insurance industry, and myClosingSPACE, the pioneering, online, direct-to-consumer title insurance and settlement services company.
Titledge Corporate Data Center
The company’s hub, its state-of-the-art, multi-million dollar Titledge Corporate Data Center, houses the dedicated production and technology services operations and staff. Fully staffed satellite offices in each state of operation provide complete localized services including closing and settlement.
Titledge Insurance Company
Titledge Insurance Company, the "Interactive Underwriter," was the next logical step in the evolution of Titledge. Offering a complete range of agency services from production and technology to complete agency management, TIC provides 21st century ground level support to title agencies of all size. All Titledge insurance Company Agents and representatives adhere to what it describes as a strict “consumer friendly” pricing policy, charging only the lowest rates allowable by state and federal laws.

Since 1989, Demotech’s Financial Stability Ratings® have provided an independent opinion on the financial stability of Property and Casualty insurers and Title underwriters. Demotech was the first company to have its rating process formally reviewed and accepted by Federal Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae), the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac) and the United State Department of Housing and Urban development (HUD).
LACE Rated
LACE Financial specializes in issuing credit ratings of financial institutions.
