The tenderer is requested to fill in the entire price grid that is used as the appendix to the service contract made with the competition winner. Costs that are used for the evaluation and comparison of the tenders are A) average unit cost and B) the total cost of the tender. Both costs are used for comparison by following formula: cheapest price/tender price x maximum score.

- Creation of visual outlook for the programme publications mainly in size A4-A5, in colour and including photographs (either from the Client’s or service provider’s photo-stocks). Layout with approved theme including the programme manual of ca. 100 pages and ca. 50 one-paged project portfolios. Creation of final files for prints and electronic publications purposes. Each publication is done in three language version, each language as an own document. (Electronic versions should be as intelligent PDF that allows users to view content list and select specific part or page of the document)

- PROGRAMME’S ANNUAL EVENT –CONCEPT
- Create and layout of visual outlook for the event concept including symbol, slogan and announcement in size of A4 to be used as prints, in electronic form at the website, in social media channels and for the press. Text (excl. slogan) provided by the Client, ca. five 4-colour photographs selected by the service provider by using professional photo-stocks or service provider’s own photo-stock. Planning of three different kind of handouts for the participating of the events and coordinating their manufacturing and delivery to the Client.

- Layout of visual outlook and planning or supporting/ coordinating of creation of script, soundtrack, animation (3D) and texts for 5 short information video clips (durations: one video ca. 4 min and four videos ca. 1-2 min each), and coordinating and supporting the production and distribution.

- Supporting creation, production and publication of audio files to programme website, including information of the central topics related to programme news. In practice, this work may consist for example of consultation of suitable application and system and providing the soundtracks. Estimated average length of one clip is ca. 5 min.

- Supporting creation, production and publication of video streaming from the training sessions organised at the programme’s annual events. In practice, this work may consist for example of consultation of suitable applications, systems and equipment and providing the visual outlook for the contents.

- WEBSITE UPDATE
- Programme holds three active websites hosted and maintained on the WordPress multisite structure (sefrcbc.fi, enicbc.fi and cbcprojects.eu). During the coming years some changes (such as in colours, photos, headlines, footers etc.) to the sites are needed and tendered service entity would cover the work-package of consultation and creating layout of possible changes on visual and/or functional aspects. Implementation of the changes is done via company providing hosting services of the sites, however, the consultation and drafting the changes into suitable templates and files is expected to be covered.
