Introducing, for 2009 only . . . The TRACK4TAVI7
This year, we are dedicating all of the money we raise to our TRACK4TAVISTOCK fund.
You may be aware that a brand new athletics facility has just opened in Tavistock. To make this exciting development a reality Tavistock Athletic Club committed to raise £100,000 towards the overall costs. We are just over half way there now – with your help we will get there soon!
You will be supporting us if you enter the TAVY 7. We have made a modest increase to our entry fees this year and we will put all of the money we raise into our track fund. As runners (or, potential runners!) we are confident that you will support us in this venture.
Newsflash – the race this year incorporates the Ross Shield – Devon’s oldest road race trophy!

Start / Whitchurch Down, Tavistock. Directions to the race will appear on the newsletter which will accompany your race number. There will be ample signage to direct you to the start when you approach Tavistock.
The course / 7 miles of gently undulating and scenic moorland roads. Mile markers and 2 water stations.
Entries / Strictly no entries on the day.
Closing date / Entry forms must reach the race director by Friday 30 October 2009.
Minimum age / 16 on race day
Entry fee / £15.00 - discounted entry fee for EA Competition Licence Holders £12.00. Full entry fee should be paid if no Competition Licence Number issupplied.

Trophies / 1st 3 in each 5 year age category (M40, M45, M50, M55, M60, F35, F40, F45, F50, F55, F60)
