The research abstract

The researcher deals with the education of the Muslim woman according to the Islamic fundamentals and the Modern variables " a field and hypothetical study ". The hypothetical study deals with four chapters. The first chapter manipulates the general outline of the study while the second chapter includes the educational rights of woman in Islam. Chapter three manipulates the challenges of the Modern Age that face the Muslim woman. Chapter four discusses the recent position of the Muslim woman under the influence of the Modern variables .The field study is divided into two parts. The first part is analytical. The researcher here has analyzed the Islamic education books of the secondaery stage to show to what extent educators are interested in educating woman in this stage. The second stage contains a referendum to know the position of the Muslim woman in the modern variables .

The salient research results :

1-teaching the Muslim woman the legal Islamic sciences helps her to shouler responsibility towards her children and family .68 % of the specimen group represented the previous statement.

2-The specimen group indicated the facty that the general education is empty of schoolgirls who learn the Holy Quran by heart. This is due to the small dose of religious teachings that the schoolgirlsw learn throughout the education stages.

3-The analytical study shows a clear lack in important topics that can contribute to build up the unique character of the would be mother. Such a shortage appears in the fable content of the curriculum which can neither supply the girl with the most important points of her religion and nor can make her aware of all the current issues and the Islamic views of them

4-The study also has reached the responsibility of the mass Media in terns of its negative influence on the Muslim woman morals . This has led to alienating woman out of her society and its customs and traditions.

The most important recommendations of the research :

- Originating the Islamic quality in the educational process and relating the Educational philosophy to The Islamic faith so that the main objective is to develop the Muslim woman if we follow the following points :

-Woman should be aware of her duties and rights and she should make a lot of progress to take part in building up her country .

-The society view towards woman should change as she is traditionally believed to be a mere housewife and baby sitter .

-All girls should be not only admitted in the primary basic education but they would be given a chance to join the high education in the same way as boys do as well .

-Woman should be given the opportunity to acquire the concepts , the knowledge and the skills that make her able to do her duties towards childhood and society

-We should benefit too much from the modern technology in the field of educating woman to be able to be more connected to the well known groups in the world and to achieve some kind of efficiency .

-The Islamic education subject of the secondary stage should include a unit that deals with the role of woman in the Islamic society in specific .

-Developing the system of the vocational education for the girl so that there should be a variety of specialties with a high standard which is suitable for the recent changes which help to offer new vacancies and required skills for women
