Please submit your Swim-A-Gram form and payment (cash or checks made payable to Liquid Lightning) by Monday, November 28, 2011, in a sealed envelope in the ROUGHTON family folder or mail to Carol Roughton, 209 Perry St., Lake Orion, MI 48362. You also can submit your Swim-A-Gram copy via
