Introduction

In 2009, the NEHYL were told by the FA that eventually their website Full-Time would be the standard system to be used for all football leagues, particularly Standard Charter Leagues. The League has carried out trials over the last three seasons, and as a result, some of the lower age-groups will have had some experience of the system. While all the Divisional Secretaries will be using the system, they will be deciding on an individual basis on the extent of use for the new season and will communicate this to the teams in their age group.

Users

The site will be used by everyone, either to load, or access information. The site offers a great deal of information, the basic use for each group of people includes the following:

  • Club Secretaries – will be able to access fixtures, results and league tables
  • Team Managers – will be able to access fixtures, results and league tables
  • Team Administrators – will be able to load accurate venue and kick-off times, and load and maintain the names of players
  • Divisional Secretaries – will be able to load fixtures

Accessing the Full-Time website

The web address of the website is http//.

Once on the webpage, in the top right quarter of the page is the option to search for the NEHYL.

Enter ‘NEHYL’ and click ‘Go’. Alternatively, the following email address will take you straight to the NEHYL website.

This will take you to:

Click on ‘North East Hampshire Youth League’ – this will take you to the Homepage.

As you can see, there are a series of tabs, offering the options of:

Home – News – Fixtures – Results – Stats – Refs – Email Sub - Contact - RESPECT – Feeds – WAP – Your Game

Fixtures can be viewed by clicking on ‘Fixtures’ and selecting the appropriate age group. The Club Secretaries will be able to select all the fixtures; Team Managers will probably want to select their division.

Full-Time Log-in

For those people who need to load information, the system uses a User ID and Password and these are available from the Full-Time Administrator. The Team Administrators will have been given their log-in details by the Divisional Secretaries. Full-Time contains default settings that will need to be over-written. For example, once the Divisional Secretary has loaded a fixture, the Team Administrator will be able to over-write the defaults with the actual location and time of the kick-off, enabling everyone to see the arrangements for the fixture. Subject to the normal League rules for North East Hampshire, the League understands that clubs with more than one team cannot start at the same time. The League has always suggested that early kick-off times for morning games should be reserved for shorter travelling distances; e.g.it is unreasonable to ask a team from the south of the area to kick-off at 9 o’clock.
