Action on Gender-Based Violence (AGBV)

FWA coordination has started to do a deep analysis on GBV by contacting other organizations acting on this issue in order to know how to better intervene this year.

Caring for HIV Positive People (CHIVPP)

During this month of February 2017, one sharing session was done on February 17, 2017. In addition, nutritional support, medical follow up and home visitswere done for our HIV positive people.

Art Therapy

This month of February 2017, the art therapy new program has continued. But, our hand-made arts are not bought because of the financial crisis here in Burundi. People are now more interested in buying food and not arts objects. This becomes a challenge to help our women to be independent economically. Also, this stops us from buying other material to continue this program.

Improving Women’s Reproductive health

Seven health accompanists were selected and trained on how they should sensitize people to attend NTASEKA clinic.
