There is no doughthat, each organization is in competition with other organization even if they are in the same area or different so, the company should increase their work to achieve very good revenue. Reward is a very helpful method as may writer mention in that one of them is Luthans (1998) defines motivation as the process that arouses, energizes, directs, and sustains behaviour and performance, while Locke and Letham (2004) argue that motivation is the psychological approach that produces the arousal, direction, intensity and persistence of human behaviours.

Reward system can aid to increase the revenue of the company if the employees implement in a good way.

SWAT analyses are a way to help organization to make a design that could help the organization to improve or at least to know their weakness and work to developit and their strength to challenge other companies so it work as an examiner for the companies.

There are 4 step to usage SWATanalysis properly recording to Wayne Gretzky .(

First step : collecting all the data and evaluated. For example, these data might include population demographics or community health status.

Second step: after we collected the origination data and evaluated we need to sorted the data in to four categories which are

Third step: the SWOT analysis will involve in the business alternative under the conditions.

Fourth step: in this stage we corporating the SWOT analysis into the decision-making process in order determine which business alternative is working.

As we said before there are many different type of reword, however in this assignment we will focus on salary, teamwork, bonusand recognition.

1-salary:

There is no doubt that, money is one of many other motivations that make the atmosphere between the employees competitive and this very helpful for the originations because will lead to increase the wheel evolution.Locke, Feren, McCaleb, Shaw, and Denny (1980)

concluded: “Money is the crucial incentive. . . no other incentive or motivational technique comes even close to money with respect

to its instrumental value” (p. 379).

As there are many strengths point for this type of reword and also there is weakness. By focusing on the strength point, in order to usage salary as one of the type rewards.

1-recording to Armstrong,2002, he mention that the salary would help the origination to increase the performance.

2-also he pointed that, the distangution between employees could help to improve the work inside the origination by notice that , as hard you work and perform as reword you receive.

3-there no doubt that the origination has an aim it is want to reach it so the performance of the employees can be linked with that .

Weakness :

1-the first point is that , it is not easy to find main way to measure the performance of the employees and then evaluated. Not only this but also Gunnigle,2011, he mention that, this kind of reward could help the individual reward to increase rather than to help to creating team orientation.
