The ROCK 95 Safe Cracker Contest Rules and Regulations
- The Rock 95 Safe Cracker Contest will run from Tuesday, July 4th, 2017 until Friday, September 1st, 2017.
- To successfully qualify for the Rock 95 Safe Cracker Contest you must be the 9th caller through at 705-721-ROCK (7625), when prompted, weekdays at 9am, 2pm and 5pm. The 9th caller through will be given one guess to attempt to crack the safe.
- Rock 95 is not responsible for the inability of a listener to call due to service interruption, technical problems, the failure of telephone or electronic equipment or the inability of a listener to contact Rock 95 for any reason whatsoever. Decisions of Rock 95 and Central Ontario Broadcasting are final and cannot be challenged.
- The prize of the Rock 95 Safe Cracker Contest begins at $500. Every time an incorrect guess is made, the cash prize will increase by $50. This increase will continue until the Safe is cracked, with the lucky contestant claiming the jackpot inside. Once the safe has been cracked, the contest will reset and the jackpot will begin at $500.

- Rock 95 reserves the right to amend the rules at any time and make the changes effective retroactive. If after the contest has begun, changes or updates are made, the changes will be announced on the day the changes are made and available at the Rock 95 Office located at 431 Huronia Road Unit 10, Barrie Ontario.
- The Rock 95 Safe Cracker Contest is open to anyone residing within the Rock 95 Coverage area over the age of 19. This excludes personnel of Rock 95, Central Ontario Broadcasting, their affiliated companies or subsidiaries, their advertising and promotional agencies and members of their respective families.
- Contestants can call in to crack the safe as many times as they would like. If a contestant cracks the safe they must wait 15 business days to play again.
- By entering this contest you are giving Rock 95 and their promotional partners consent to publicize and/or broadcast your name, character and you forfeit the right to decline being part of an interview. You also forfeit the right to decline your photo being shared by Rock 95.
