The Repository includes the following changes:

New / Revised Subject Areas

FMS – ALL - Expenditures

This Subject Area contains source expense account entries that reconcile to the General Ledger and Commitment Control Expenditure Ledger. This Subject Area contains AP, AR, BI, GL and PC accounting entries.

The OBIEE Subject Area for All Expenditures has been completely revised to include all Expenditure transaction. Details about differences between the old and new All Expenditures Subject Area can be found on the OBIEE_RPD_CHANGES spreadsheet on the “Changes” sheet.

FMS – ALL - Receipts

This Subject Area contains source revenue account entries that reconcile to the General Ledger and Commitment Control Revenue Ledger. This Subject Area contains AP, AR, GL and PC accounting entries.

Swift Data Warehouse

The new Swift Data Warehouse Dashboard has been implemented to allow you to link from this Dashboard to all the delivered Statewide Dashboards. A link to this Dashboard will be added to the OBIEE Support Dashboard.
