The Red River Valley Down Syndrome Society invites your organization to be a part of our upcoming Awareness Walk, “The REACH Rally”. I hope you will consider sending staff members of your organization to learn more about Down syndrome and other disabilities; and inform your constituents of the opportunity to attend and register for this event. I would also like to extend an invitation for you to display information about your organization at the rally so our attendees can learn more about the great programs, products and services you provide.
The REACH Rally will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2016 from 11:00am-2:00pm. We anticipate 400-500 attendees at the event. Your participation would be a wonderful opportunity to promote your organization’s programs and services while helping the Red River Valley Down Syndrome Society achieve our goal to provide valuable resources and information to those we serve and support.
The fee for an exhibitor table is $50.00. Set up will be from 10:15 A.M. – 10:45 A.M. Rally attendees will be registering between 11:00 A.M. and 11:30 A.M. Attendees will be encouraged to visit with our vendors during the Rally.
Please confirm you participation by completing the enclosed form and remitting it with your exhibitor fee by October 6th, 2016 so arrangements can be made to accommodate everyone who wishes to participate.
