Dear all,

Hereby I want to inform you that on 18 July 2011, 13:00 – 17:00, the kick-off meeting on the pilot phase of the European MAC energy efficiency test procedurewill take placeat the DG ENTR office building B100 06/SDR, Rue Belliard 100, B-1049 Bruxelles.

The purpose of this meeting is to prepare the multi-lab pilot test phase of a MAC energy efficiency test procedure, which was developed by a consortium led by TNO and TUG on request of the European Commission in 2010. In particular labs wanting to participate in the pilot test phase should also join the kick-off meeting (preferably face-to-face).

Please note that the European Commission can not reimburse any expenses you may have for the participation in the meeting. If you want to participate in this meeting, please send a confirmation to Isabelle VERSTRAELEN, by 14July 2011 with "MAC–18/07/2011 presence" in the subject line.

If there is some interest, we intend to offer for this meeting audio- and web-conferences. If you want to participate in the audio- and web-conference, please send as well a confirmation to Isabelle VERSTRAELENby 14 July 2011 with "MAC – 18/07/2011 audio-web" in the subject line.

You can find information on how to register to the Circa system (if you have not done it yet for some other group) at After registration, in order get access to the specific Circa group (if not done yet), please send an email to Satu PORSTI, , indicating your name, the entity, which you present, and (briefly) the contribution you could make to the European development of a MAC test procedure.
