a.Whethertheproposedheightofthestructurewillhaveanadverseeffectonairportsafety.
2.Amenityofadjoiningsites
a.Whethertheproposedstructurewillhaveanadverseeffectonthevisualandlandscapeamenityvaluesofadjoiningsites.
3.Visualamenity
a.Whethertheproposedheightofthestructurewillhaveanadverseeffectonvisualamenityvalues.
b.Whenassessingstorageareas,whethertheproposalincludesmethodsofensuringanypartsofanactivityvisiblefromanypublicplacewillbemaintainedinatidyconditionandwhetherlocationofbyproductsorrefuseshouldbescreenedfrompublicviewinordertomaintainareasonablelevelofvisualamenity.
