1.Within6monthsofthelandinLongBaysubprecinctGbeingtransferredtotheCouncilandpriortoanyactivities(includinganyearthworks)occurringinthesubprecinctbeforethetransferhasbeencompleted,thelandownersofLongBaysubprecinctG(beingtheCouncilandtheownerofthetwoexistingdwellings)aretoagreeandenterintoaprotectiveheritagecovenantwiththeHistoricPlacesTrust,undertheHistoricPlacesAct1993.
2.Theheritagecovenantreferredtoinclause1abovemustbeforthelongtermprotection,conservationandmaintenanceofthehistoricheritageandlandscapesinthesubprecinct.

2.Allerosionandsedimentcontrolmeasuresmustbeinplacepriortoanyearthworksorsubdivisionactivitiesbeingundertaken.
3.WhereearthworksareundertakenadjacenttoanyProtectionAreas(includingriparianmargins),LongBaysubprecinctGandtheLongBayRegionalPark,aprotectivefencemustbeconstructedattheedgeoftheseareasandremaininsituforthedurationoftheworks.

1.TheProposedRoadsshowninPrecinctPlan1,4and5mustbeprovidedinaccordancewiththealignmentsshownandthestagingofsubdivision.
2.AllProposedRoads(otherthanGlenvarRidgeRoad)mustbeprovidedwithaseparateshouldercyclelaneineachdirection.
3.Onstreetparking(otherthanGlenvarRidgeRoad)mustbeprovidedonbothsidesoftheroadinordertosatisfytheonstreetparkingrequirements.
4.TheProposedRoadsmustprovidetheroadwidthsshowninPrecinctPlan5.
5.TheGlenvarRidgeRoadmusthavea9mwidecarriagewayplannedwithinthe22metreroadreservesoastoprovidetwo4.5mwidetrafficlanes.
6.ToensurethesafetyofcyclistsontheGlenvarRidgeRoadtherewillbenoparkingpermittedonthe9mcarriagewayandparkingwithintheroadreservewillonlybepermittedifitcanbeindentedandshowntooperatesafely.
