Sub: Invitation to participate in the State level Badminton tournament for XI & XII std school students - reg.
We are pleased to invite your School Boys & Girls badminton teams (singles) of XI & XII std students to participate in the State Level Badminton Tournament to be held at our college A.M.Rajappa Nadar A.M.R.Rathinasabapathy Nadar Memorial Indoor Stadium. This tournament is scheduled on 05/01/2018 & 06/01/2018. Therefore, we request you to register your school players for participation in the enclosed entry form on or before 15/12/2017.

STATE LEVEL SCHOOL BADMINTON TOURNAMENT FOR BOYS & GIRLS - SINGLES
RULES & REGULATIONS
1. A school can send 4 single players for boys & girls separately.
2. XI & XII std students are alone permitted to participate.
3. Students should submit their bonafide certificate and bring their
I.D card as proofs.
4. The last date for sending the filled Entry form is 15-12-2017.
5. Entry fee is Rs 250 / per player.
6. Matches will be conducted on knock-out basis.
7. Shuttle cocks will be provided by the college.
8. The match is organised based on the best of three sets and the
points for each Set is 21 points.
9. No spot registration.
10. The position of awards will be I Place, II Place, III & IV Place.
11. Tournament officials’ decision will be the final.
12. Free accommodation is given only for outstation players.
13. Food will be served on payment basis:
Breakfast Rs 30, Lunch Rs 50, and Dinner Rs 30.
