The POWER of a CAREER! Northpointe Bank is seeking a detail oriented, customer service minded individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Project Manager in the corporate office in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This position requires an individual with the desire to make a difference within the organization by being client-focused, and working well in a highly collaborative environment.

The marketing project manager develops and executes on marketing plans, assists the bank’s business units with strategies that promote and support its business while working with creative design and sales production, as well as other leadership teams. The primary position responsibility is to plan, track, coordinate and execute on all bank marketing strategies and projects.

Responsibilities:

·  Collaborate with creative design and business units to create and propose product and other brand awareness marketing promotions

·  Track and coordinate all project action steps, including working with internal resources and vendors

·  Oversee and manage the bank’s social media communications including building brand awareness and assisting with customer engagement strategies

·  Create, proofread, and format all company customer correspondence, such as sales promotional materials, advertisements and customer communications - responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy

·  Knowledgeable of the latest banking technologies and other consumer trends with recommendations to senior leadership that support the bank’s innovative culture

·  Manage all media/marketing/promotional/design/printing vendor relationships

·  Responsible for branch customer research and fact-finding efforts to target likely customers in new and existing markets.

·  Coordinate the creation of an annual marketing budget and manage actual expenses to budget

·  Assist with website development and maintenance including site content working with creative design and IT staff

·  Compile and interpret demographic data and profiles for bank leadership

·  Assist with the coordination and participation of company sponsored events and promotional meetings

·  Create and manage set advertising and other marketing schedules with timely communication to leadership teams

·  Coordinate the fulfillment of letterhead, envelopes, business cards and other company documents

·  Meet established standards and guidelines with regard to compliance, job knowledge, quality, attendance, efficiency, initiative, customer service, and overall performance


Requirements:

·  Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent; or at a minimum extensive work experience in the marketing field.

·  4+ years of related marketing and/or project management experience in the marketing field

·  Digital Marketing Experience is preferred.

·  Experience developing and executing marketing plans, direct marketing campaigns, writing advertising copy, and/or other marketing briefs

·  Highly organized with a strong ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects with ongoing reprioritization

·  Advanced knowledge of social media marketing and proficient with internet marketing, mobile applications and other forward-thinking tools and technologies

·  Strong writing aptitude with excellent grammar skills

·  Advanced computer skills with marketing related software programs, such as Adobe Products Suite, PhotoShop and InDesign preferred

·  Passion for being client-focused and exceeding customer expectations

·  Collaborative and strong ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
