DirectionsOffchurch Bury entrance is situated on the Radford Semele side of Offchurch Village. Please follow the yellow LandS signs which will be in place near the venue. A strict one way system will be in operation. Entry is via the Park Gates entrance only, for sat nav please use CV33 9AW. Grid reference SP34494 66053

Number BibsEvery rider will be required to use a BE style number bib. These will be available to hire for a returnable deposit of £10 or purchase for £10. Alternatively if you already own one, then please bring it with you.

CONDITIONS

  1. Classes 1b and 2b

Entries close on Saturday 11th July –. If class 2b is oversubscribed then entries will be balloted on Friday 3rd July. A waitlist will be kept. Withdrawals in writing before ballot date will receive a full refund. A 50% refund will be given for withdrawals in writing after this date and before the closing date. Withdrawals after closing date will receive no refund of entry fee.

  1. Area 7 qualifying classes 1a, 2a and 3 – entries will be administered by Eventing Managers and DC’s

please refer to rule 33 iii and iv for withdrawal and refund conditions.

  1. The course will be available to walk from 2pm on Friday 24th July.
  1. The Event will run strictly under Pony Club Rules for Eventing 2015 – PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THESE.
  1. Competitors may not school over the course within 2 weeks of the event but may compete.
  1. No wheeled vehicles or motorbikes are allowed for inspection of the cross country course or anywhere except official car parks. The Organisers reserve the right to eliminate any competitor in breach.
  1. Legal Liability Neither the organisers, nor any person acting on their behalf, accept any liability for loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever.
  1. Health and Safety The organiser has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents and must obey the organiser and all officials and stewards.
  1. The Organisers reserve the right to combine individuals to form mixed branch teams. Combined teams cannot qualify for the Championships but will count towards the number of teams qualifying.
  1. The Organisers reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any class and to refuse any entry without any reason.
  1. The decision of the Chief Steward will be final and binding.
  1. Any objection must be made in writing and lodged with the Secretary within 15 minutes of the results being posted, with a £25 deposit, which will be refundable if the objection is upheld.
  1. RC members must be covered by their own insurance.
