£55 per competitor, £220 per team of 4 (inclusive of start fee)

RULES

·  All classes will be run in accordance with Pony Club Eventing Rules 2017.

·  In the event of cancellation, £5 of each individual entry will be retained to defray expenses.

·  Team organisers must declare their teams one hour before their dressage time and present their team at the appropriate time for tack inspection.

·  Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times.

·  All litter to be taken home, and no trailers/lorries to be mucked out on site.

·  The Judges’ decision is final.

·  Remember: Current standard Hats are mandatory with White Tags. Spur Permission cards, Number Bibs & Body Protectors, The Beta 2009 Level 3 (purple) tag are all compulsory. THE BETA 2000 PURPLE TAG IS NO LONGER PERMITTED.

·  Medical Arm Bands are advised but not compulsory.

·  Numbers will be provided in A4 format for insertion into bibs.

·  By entry to this competition competitors agree to being photographed by the Official Photographer. The Royal Artillery PC may publish suitable images on its website and media.

·  Competitors are deemed to have read and understood the 2017 rule book.

·  Outside Assistance and failure to follow safety guidelines will result in disqualification.

·  The Judges’ decision is final. Objections may only be made by the appointed Branch Representative and must be lodged with the secretary in writing with a deposit of £25 within 15 minutes of results being posted. Any appeal will be listened to by the Jury of Appeal.

·  The Organisers reserve the right to alter or amend any aspect of the competition.

2.  The Organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the Organiser and all Officials and Stewards.

3.  All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Royal Artillery Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you.
