ST. BERNARD FISH FRY 2018 ORDER FORM

St. Bernard is pleased to deliver meals to you each week directly to your apartment.

Please complete this order form and place it in the box located in the apartment lobby by 3:30 p.m. on the day of the Fish Fry. A St. Bernard student will collect the order forms and then will deliver the dinner to your door between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. You will need to complete a new order form each week that you request a dinner. Or you may call after 3:30 the day of Fish Fry at 412-440-2697

PLEASE NOTE WILL NOT BE HAVING A FISH FRY ON ASH WEDNESDAY!
