1)To receive disclosures of personal and prejudicial interests from Councillors on matters to be considered at the meeting.

The disclosure must include the nature of the interest. If you become aware, during the course of a meeting, of an interest that has not been disclosed under this item you must immediately disclose it.   • Footpaths
  • Village Maintenance and Highways- to discuss details of the grass cutting contract for the top of Church Road. To discuss the problem with the B645 at the water tower.
  • Public Lighting- to discuss the lighting outside Grange Farm
  • Village Hall - to discuss the progress of obtaining and housing a defibrillator
  • Internet system in Hargrave and a potential solution to resolve issues
