The Optimist Club of Orangeville are so pleased to be presenting our 25th Christmas in the
Park. Such an incredible milestone for our Community. Since our inception in 1971, the Optimist Club of Orangeville has received generous support from the community to help us provide youth-related programs that have touched and enhanced the lives of thousands of people living within Orangeville and the surrounding area. The lighting of Kay Cee Gardens is a seasonal favorite for so many and has grown so much over the 25 years. We couldn’t have done it without your support. Along with the 50,000+ lights and the many themed displays that adorn the park, this year an estimated 25,000+ visitors to Kay Cee Gardens will again enjoy this winter wonderland. In addition to the lights and displays, the park will feature an exhibit of Alpacas, various entertainers and visits from Santa.
The festivities begin with Opening Night at Kay Cee Gardens on December 1, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. The park remains open until December 31, 2017, and is open each night from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. We bring an exciting month of community exposure to highlight and showcase the efforts of your sponsorship and participation. At no effort to you, we as a club will supply, setup, install, and maintain the appearance of your leased display for the duration of the event. Several display options are available in either traditional painted wood or classic displays. Prime display locations will be assigned to premier sponsorship levels providing maximum exposure for your investment.
Be assured, we provide our best efforts to bring value to your sponsorship dollar with our hand-outs, signage, flyers, website, emails, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube social media pages. An anticipated 25,000+ park visitors will be exposed to the benefits of your sponsorship level, providing a potential return on investment that works out to less than 10 cents per visitor. All of the financial contribution goes towards our annual programs and events that ultimately supports the youth of our community.
