Title will be Director Operations or Plant Manager depending upon your experience. Client is wiling to relocate candidates. However, we need candidates that can start work right away. Candidates must have recent and significant of experience running an aluminum and/or fiberglass windows plant. Or experience running a plant that produces mechanically fastened products. Must have a hands-on management style and have strong management experience. Compensation package includes base, bonus and significant stock options package. Board is willing and able to put together the right package for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leader in a new industry prior to their big, anticipated IPO. The company has created highly advanced products that significantly impact the world’s CO2 emissions. Its industry leading products are far more advanced than any competitor and there is a long backlog of orders. PERSONAL SUMMARY:
Initially, this position reports directly to theSenior Director of Operations. He will only hire someone who is a team player and does not need to be micromanaged. Basically, he prefers to agree to a set of objectives making sure that the objectives are clearly outlined and understood by the individual, then let the individual execute the plan. But, expects the individual to keep him informed of progress. Individual must be able to go to the Senior Director when in need of help. He wants people with new ideas and strong opinions, but able to move in a fast paced, ever-changing start up environment.
