ENTRY FEES: £35.00 per class (includes SSADL £10 levy).
Prize money to be collected from the show secretary’s office. No prize money will given after the day of the show.

Brook Farm Equestrian Club Rules
- The organisers reserve the right to alter the schedule in any way they consider appropriate.
- The Judge’s decision is final.
- No entry will be accepted without the appropriate fee.
- Any objection must be handed into the Secretary within one hour of the event with a deposit of £20.00. This deposit will be returned if the objection is upheld, or forfeited if the Judges decide that the objection is not substantiated.
- The organisers accept no responsibility whatsoever for anything that occurs to competitors, their property, horses, ponies or servants. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the Show against any legal action arising from such an incident.
- Every effort will be made to avoid classes clashing but should this happen for any reason; exhibitors must choose which class they want to compete in. No entry fees will be refunded
- Failure to exhibit any animal entered will entail forfeiture of any entry fees unless a veterinary (or medical) certificate is produced.
- Hard hats must be worn at all times whilst mounted on the show ground.
9It is recommended that junior handlers wear hard hats when exhibiting.
In the event of any dispute, or other matter that is not covered by the Rules above, the organisers shall act in any manner they deem appropriate, and their decision shall be binding and final.
SENIOR SHOWING AND DRESSAGE LTD – OLYMPIA SECOND ROUND QUALIFIER 2017
The six winners from the above classes are required to go forward to the SSADL Championship. The Champion will claim the Olympia Ticket. If the Champion has already qualified, qualification will be handed down the line to the next eligible competitor.
NOTE - ONCE A COMPETITOR HAS QUALIFIED FOR OLYMPIA IN THE RIDDEN SECTION THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO QUALIFY IN THE IN HAND SECTION AND VICE VERSA. OLYMPIA ANTHONY EVANS SSADL SECOND ROUND QUALFIERS – Competitors competing in the Olympia Second Round Qualifier MUST hold a 2017 SSADL Acceptance Card along with their SSADL Rider/Handlermembership/Equine Registration Card or a covering letter from the SSADl Head office . The same rider/handler/pony/horse combination Must have already qualified at one of the SSAD Ltd Olympia First Round Qualifiers.. Competitors MUST produce both the above cards at the ring side before entry NO CARDS NO ENTRY.No substitutions will be accepted. In order for a competitor to be eligible to compete at the Olympia Senor Showing Grand Final at Olympia ALL ponies/horses MUST meet the current FEI Vaccination Regulations. SSADL age badges must be displayed on the pony/horse bridle.
No Spurs, no galloping, no wearing of face/body jewellwey. Foals are not permitted in SSADL classes. In Hand classes minimum age of handler +9 years. Stallions – either in hand or ridden competitors must be over the age of 16 years. Competitors cannot enter the ring once the command of trot has been given. The same rider/handler/pony/horse combination must stay the same from first/second round/direct route qualifiers and grand final.ALL COMPETITORS SHOULD AQUAINT THEMSELVES WITH SSADL RULES BEFORE ENTERING For more in depth information go to
