About Us

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) leads the Department’s efforts to promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement in collaboration with all of our partners and stakeholders. ODI strives to reinforce diversity, inclusion, and engagement in VA in order to build and maintain a diverse workforce, foster and nurture an inclusive workplace, and promote inclusive diversity to deliver the best services to our Nation’s Veterans, their families, and beneficiaries.
