NCCL 2017 / NCCL delegates summary report was discussed and all liked the forum for feedback – share in newsletter and Journal – “Keep NCCL in the News”. Approach strategically but also with openness to new inexperienced/ new candidates.

Dr. Ostrander reviewed the process that he used – bylaws requires appointing 1/3 of commission each year or 3 year terms. Currently not following this. Operations to address this going forward. Leadership could get all evaluations / All evaluations to Leadership Commission;
