2017-2018
The New York Metro Chapter of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources offers an exciting meeting and event schedule each year. Typically we hold three in-person programs during the year, one in the fall, a December holiday program and reception, and a spring event. In addition, Gold and Silver sponsors have the opportunity to host and conduct topical webinars.
The New York Metro Chapter of CUPA-HR was formed in 2008 to serve HR professionals of all levels and functional areas at higher education institutions in New York City, Long Island, Westchester County and others in close proximity interested in affiliating with our chapter. The primary goals of the chapter are to provide relevant and timely programming to our membership by way of local meetings, and to facilitate networking and the exchange of knowledge and ideas among HR practitioners of higher education institutions in the greater New York City area.
All in-person meetings / events will take place at venues in Manhattan, and we will let you know well in advance re: dates, locations, topics, speakers, and panelists to ensure your ability to have a presence at these events.
Sponsorship is a wonderful opportunity for companies to show commitment to academia and to increase exposure, build brand loyalty, and stimulate sales among human resources decision makers in higher education. We always allow networking time for corporate representatives and members to discuss potential services / products, as well as time to casually socialize. By sponsoring the New York Metro Chapter’s 2016-17 programs, you can show your commitment to higher education HR at the local level.
For 2017-18, we are offering sponsorship opportunities at the Gold, Silver and Bronze level (see attached for details), and would love to have you as a corporate sponsor. Through the generous support of sponsors like you, we are able to keep the cost of attending our meetings and events to a minimum for our members.
We look forward to hearing how your company will participate. Should you have any questions, please contactme at718-390-3187 , or any member of the New York Metro Chapter board (information listed below).
We encourage you to look at our chapter web-site for additional chapter information, sponsors, and other resources, such as meeting and conference presentations.Foryour convenience the link is:
